Tim Giehll – Chief Executive Officer
Tim brings 25 years of financial, operational, and technology management experience to Bond Consulting since he became CEO 10 years ago. He has an MBA from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and has an undergraduate degree in Accounting. Tim has held increasingly responsible leadership positions in large companies such as Manpower, Sequent Computer Systems, Control Data Corporation and Supercomputer Systems Inc. He also has experience in startup companies such as Chen Systems Corporation and American Coating Technology, Inc.
Susan Wurst – Vice President of Consulting Services
Susan brings a broad range of human resource and staffing experience to Bond Consulting. She worked a staffing desk for four years at Olsten, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges customers face. She was Branch Operations Manager for a staffing office and was responsible for payroll, client sales, recruiting and employee development. Susan also worked as a Human Resources Manager with Borg Warner Protective Services and gained valuable knowledge of training, workers compensation, employee relations and compensation/benefits. Susan has held various positions including: Trainer, Training Manager, Director of Product and Customer Services, VP of Sales and Services, as well as her current position.
Jennifer Palmer – Director of Consulting
Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. She was responsible for an assortment of roles at Spherion – recruiting, hiring, payroll entry, client sales, and evolved into a Career Agent focusing on direct hire placements. Jennifer transitioned from Spherion to eEmpACT in 2002 as a Trainer and has worked in a variety of positions including her current role as Director of Client Services. She was responsible for implementing accounting programs for several divisions of Bond International Software. Jennifer has been involved in over 400 implementations in staffing companies throughout the nation – through that experience she has become a true asset to the Bond Consulting Team. Jennifer attended the University of North Dakota, majoring in Sociology, and obtained a Masters of Arts in Management at the College of St. Scholastica.
Julie Seifert – Manager of Consulting Services
Julie studied Human Resource Development, Management and Leadership at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She has traveled to over 75 different staffing companies in North America, often returning to the same one for up to 4 weeks to help consult and implement process improvements. Julie has led many new customer implementations as well as management planning sessions, upgrade training and productivity analysis. She’s found a real niche in accounting and loves making a company’s financials more efficient and more accurate as well! Julie’s hope is to bring her knowledge and experience to help more staffing services work smarter, not harder, everyday!
Corey Dietz – Senior Consultant
Through his leadership and expertise, Corey has successfully developed and continued to support businesses of various sizes. Corey has over 15 years in the electronics repair field trouble-shooting technical issues, and over 10 years in the IT field with enterprise-scale experience. He believes that a client-focused approach to business is key for a successful partnership. Corey's Marine Corp experience makes him a "Can-Do" consultant. Corey has led numerous strategy, process re-engineering, and organizational effectiveness projects.
Jason Riffenburg – Senior Consultant
Jason has 14 years of IT experience. He has worked in many areas of IT including helpdesk support, database administration, network administration, as well as being involved with network design and implementation and training. Jason takes pride in being able to communicate well with people who aren’t as familiar with IT and does well bridging the gap of knowledge to help them get a better understanding of the complex computer industry. He currently serves as the Network and Database Administrator, and also acts as an implementation manager.
Hugh Gilpatric – Consultant
Hugh brings a wide range of experience to Bond Consulting. Hugh has eight years of staffing software experience and has managed implementations and consulted with management and owners on a variety of projects ranging from small, one branch customer projects to multimillion dollar projects at Kelly Services, enterprise-wide implementations. Hugh also has 11 years of sales experience in staffing, consulting services and products such as copiers, software and home improvement. Hugh attended the University of Puget Sound, where he majored in Physics and Math.
Tanya Rieger - Consultant
Tanya has been in the training and development industry for over four years. She currently works with various companies around the country, focusing her attention on operations, inter-office communication, gap analysis, training and leadership management. She works closely with CEOs, CFOs, Presidents, and Vice-Presidents, not only to improve the company’s productivity and morale but ultimately to increase their bottom line. Additionally Tanya has worked as a recruiter and has several years of customer service experience. Tanya attended the Metropolitan State University and majored in Speech Communications.
